The Cabbage Soup Diet has been used for the past thirty years to help people lose weight quickly. This is a Seven day diet plan that consists of eating unlimited amounts of the Cabbage Soup, as well as eating foods specified on the daily plan.

It is recommended that you follow the seven day plan accurately to achieve the best results. You should only stay on the diet for seven days, and then take a two week break. You are free to resume the diet after the two weeks, however and begin the seven day plan again.
